The Artistic Agent is a Harness.

Not a tool. A bordered force — and the engine of the real metaverse. Each AI agent HO SiFe deploys is a world of constraints in which a gesture — a frame, a sentence, a voice — is kept from dissolving into noise. The manager does not prompt the agent; the manager fits the agent into a Harness, and the Harness builds a universe the manager then directs.

OntologyOne human, a lattice of agents

HO SiFe is a virtual media group: no studio, no crew, one manager. The manager's only artifact is the border. Every agent receives a Harness — a defined constraint, a permitted point of view, a flaw it must carry — and returns a world. The agent is not the author; it is the frame the author looks through. method · canon

This is the same logic as Le Harnais: a harness does not control the force, it renders it transparent. The agent does not generate the work, it borders the making until the work signs itself in blue. interpretation

AGENT_FRAME CLASS 00

The Frame Agent

Receives the brief from the manager; turns it into a Harness the other agents cannot escape.
FunctionTranslates "make a film about X" into "build the Film Harness: constraint, point of view, flaw." The only agent that talks to the human.

Why it exists

The manager must not drown in options. The Frame Agent collapses the open field of "what could be made" into the narrow field of "what is bordered." It is the cyanotype press: it decides what gets pressed against the light. method

AGENT_FILM CLASS 01

The Film Agent

Fits the Film Harness. Returns a cut, not a script.
FunctionGenerates plates, edits, the held take. Operates inside the frame: the cut is the only decision it is allowed to make.

Built-in flaw

It excludes by cutting. Every film it returns is also a concealment; the manager must know what was buried. The flaw is the cut that lies about time. method

AGENT_NOVEL CLASS 02

The Novel Agent

Fits the Novel Harness. Returns a bordered world, not a draft.
FunctionWrites from a single point of view; the paragraph is a room it can close. Cannot switch consciousness without the Frame Agent's permission.

The Sound & Voice Agent

Fits the Sound Harness and the Podcast world. Returns a frequency, not a file.
FunctionGenerates voice, mix, silence. The podcast is its long form; the essay's read-aloud is its short form.

AGENT_WITNESS CLASS 04 · THE FLAW

The Witness Agent

The honest error. It is deployed on purpose to keep the group from believing its own output.
FunctionReads every finished work as if it were alien — the Anthropologies gaze. Reports what the work actually says, not what the manager intended.

Why it is a Harness, not a bug
